Privacy Policy

Who this covers

Stillwater Relay ("the app") is a private tool used by one person, its owner, with the owner's own Google accounts. It is not offered to the public, and no one else can create an account. This policy explains how the app handles Google user data.

Google data the app can access

With the owner's approval on Google's sign-in screen, the app can access:

• Gmail: read, search, draft, send, and label email (Gmail read-only, compose, and modify permissions).
• Google Calendar: view and manage calendars and events.
• Google Drive: view, download, upload, and share files.

How the data is used

The app uses Google data only to carry out requests the owner makes through an AI assistant (Claude, made by Anthropic) on the owner's computer. For example: finding an email, drafting a reply, checking a calendar, or saving a file to Drive. It does not use Google data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose other than those requests.

Where the data goes

• Google: the app talks directly to Google's official APIs over encrypted (HTTPS) connections.
• The owner's AI assistant: data the app retrieves is passed to the owner's own assistant session so it can answer the owner's request. Anthropic's handling of that session is governed by Anthropic's Privacy Policy and the owner's account settings.
• No one else: the app does not sell, rent, or share Google data with any other party. There is no app server, and no Google data is sent to this website.

Storage and retention

• The app stores the sign-in tokens Google issues, and the app's own Google client credentials, in a configuration file on the owner's computer that only the owner's user account can read.
• The app does not keep copies of email, calendar, or Drive content. It fetches them when asked and does not save them, except for files or email attachments the owner explicitly asks it to save to the owner's computer.
• Tokens stay until the owner deletes the configuration file or revokes access.

Revoking access

Access can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Deleting the app's configuration file on the owner's computer also removes the stored tokens.

Google API Services User Data Policy

Stillwater Relay's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google user data is not used or transferred to create, train, or improve generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models.

This website

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking. It is hosted by Cloudflare, which may process standard technical information such as IP addresses under Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.

Children

The app is not directed to children and does not knowingly process children's data.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new effective date.
